Terms and Conditions for use of Christmas 2016 Promotional Free Voucher
As listed on your Voucher you can avail of the following treatments. Your Voucher is valid for use from the 3 rd January 2017 to the 28 th February 2017. Please use during these dates as no extension on the date will be given.
- Client can have a customised Facial
- Client can have a customised Massage
- Client can have a body wrap
- Free Voucher does not pay for treatments with Nuala Woulfe
- Free vouchers cannot be used to buy products or vouchers
- Free vouchers cannot be used to pay for discounted treatments or courses
- Cannot accept €20/€10 card in conjunction with Free voucher
- No credit/change given on vouchers
- You must present the voucher as payment on the day of your booking
You may choose to add on any of the following upgrades:

Your Free voucher cannot be used to pay for any of our Advanced Skin Therapies -New Life facial , Jet Peel, Beyond Botox – etc.You can add lash and brow tints, file and polish, manicures, pedicures etc at the normal add on price.
** Please inform reception on booking or your Therapist at the consultation process that you plan to use your Free Voucher to pay for your Customised Facial or Massage so there is no confusion at the end of your treatment.
** Your Free Voucher is not accepted as payment for treatments with Eva –Osteopath/Physiotherapist/Medical Massage Therapist or Maeve Nutritional Therapist.
Text Message Reminders
Nuala Woulfe salon and Serenity Day Spa operate a complimentary text reminder service for future appointments to the mobile number you provide us with. On occasion our reminder text messages may not reach you. Please be aware you must also record of all future appointments booked.
Your information remains strictly private and confidential and will not be passed onto any other party. You may unsubscribe to this service at any time.
24 hours’ notice by phone is required to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Please do not reply to SMS text messages as these cannot be received. Please be aware that failure to cancel your pre booked appointment will result in deduction of that treatment from your pre-paid course or your deposit will be forfeited.
Treatment Bookings – Deposit
We have updated our appointment system .A €50 deposit will apply when booking all facials and body treatments and consultations. After the consultation the €50 deposit may be redeemed against treatments or products.
When booking a treatment in advance: a €50 deposit is required.
Deposit payments are accepted over the phone or by calling into one of our clinics.
Courses & Treatments Booked Upfront
All courses are paid up front to avail of the discounted price. Courses are non-refundable & non-transferrable to other treatments or clients.
Products Returns Policy
All returns must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase. Products must be returned in a saleable condition meaning that they must be unused and in their original packaging with seals still attached and intact. We reserve the right to consider the condition of any Product that you wish to return and make any deductions if there are indications that the Product seals have been removed or broken. After we have accepted your returned product(s), we will reimburse your payment using your original method of payment.
If you wish to return an Order that you purchased using PayPal, you can return it to us by post, in which case, you must follow the processes outlined above. We will then process a refund directly to your PayPal account. You can also return your Order to one of our salon, in which case, your refund will be given on a gift voucher.
Gift Voucher Policy
Gift vouchers must be presented for use to pay for treatment or products. All Gift vouchers purchased at Nuala Woulfe Beauty Salon and Serenity Day Spa are Non Refundable and valid for 12 Months Only. If you have been unable to use the voucher – please present the voucher at reception prior to expiry date so we can extend it.
Delivery of products and vouchers.
We send your product and voucher orders by registered post to reduce the risk of it getting lost in the post.
- You must provide us with complete and accurate delivery address information. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes not only the address that your Order is going to, but also the name of its recipient. We cannot be liable for the delivery of your Order to the wrong address or the wrong person as a result of you supplying us with incomplete or inaccurate information.
- Orders for Gift Vouchers with a value of between €10 and €250 can be sent to a secondary address if desired. However, orders that exceed €250, up to a maximum value of €1000 can only be delivered to the cardholder’s registered billing address.
- We use An Post for the majority of our deliveries but will use other services where appropriate. Delivery charges vary according to the value ordered as specified below.

- Working days are classed as Monday to Friday and exclude weekends & public holidays.
- Please note that all delivery dates are estimated and cannot be guaranteed. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates on weekends and Bank Holidays.
- Orders over €30 will require a signature.
Competition Winners Policy.
Competition winners from any of our Social Media pages. Face book, Twitter, Google+ have 2 weeks (14 days) to claim their prize.
Competition prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, gift cards or alternative treatments or products.
None of the above Terms & Conditions will affect your Statutory Consumer Rights.
