Notice of cancellation is required 24 hours in advance, otherwise treatments will be charged at full price.

For bookings of over one hour, we require a 50% deposit payable by credit card; this is fully refundable if we receive a minimum of 24 hours cancellation.

Gift vouchers are available for all treatments, and are valid for six months from date of issue. We regret tokens cannot be exchanged for cash and lost tokens cannot be replaced. Courses are valid for one year and are non-transferable.
