Some questions we are regularly asked. If you're query is not answered here please get it touch.

1. What if I need to cancel my appointment?

At times it may be necessary for you to cancel your salon appointments. Please notify us 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged full price for any pre-booked service. All bookings of over one hour, we require a 50 per cent deposit payable by credit card; this is fully refundable if we receive a minimum of 24 hours cancellation.

2. How early should I arrive?

To enjoy the full value of your salon experience, we suggest that you arrive a minimum of 20 minutes prior to your first appointment to allow us time to familiarise you with our facility. To begin your relaxation, we also recommend time you relax with herbal tea or juice in our relaxation area. Arriving late will shorten the precious minutes of your salon treatment. Remember, your treatment will end on time so that our next guest isn't delayed, regardless of how late you start.

3. Patch testing is an industry policy.

Patch testing 48 hours of treatment is an industry policy for all first time waxing, tinting and medical grade peel treatments. This is for your safety to assure you are not sensitive / reactive to the specific product. Patch testing is also required if it is two years since you last had the treatment with us. Please be aware that if you have a rash, are on antibiotics we recommend that you wait to have the patch test until completion of treatment.

Patch testing is required in advance of  Nano Fractional radio frequency treatments.

4. Is tipping appropriate?

The most important thing is that you enjoyed your treatment however your therapist appreciates gratuity, if you are especially pleased with your treatment.
