Text Message Reminders

Woulfe Skin Specialists & Woulfe Wellness operate a complimentary SMS reminder service for future appointments to the mobile number you provide. While we do everything possible to support timely reminders, occasional delivery failures can occur due to network or device factors, so you remain responsible for recording and attending your appointment and for adhering to our cancellation policy.

Your information remains strictly private and confidential, will not be shared with third parties, and you may unsubscribe from SMS reminders at any time.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours’ ( 48 hours in the case of Monday’s appointments) notice by phone is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Please do not reply to SMS messages, as replies cannot be received. Please note email and messages are not accepted as a form of cancellation as they may not be received as planned. Where the required notice is not provided, the missed appointment will result in the treatment being deducted from your pre-paid course or your deposit being forfeited.

Treatment Bookings – Deposit

A 50% deposit applies when bookings. Deposit payments are accepted on line, over the phone or in-clinic and are used to secure your booking in our diary. 

Courses & Treatments Booked Upfront

All courses are paid upfront to avail of discounted course pricing. Courses are non-refundable and non-transferable to other treatments or clients.

Products Returns Policy

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original method of payment (including PayPal) unless an alternative is agreed with you. If you return an order purchased using PayPal by post, any approved refund will be processed directly back to your PayPal account; if a return is accepted as a goodwill gesture outside statutory rights, we may offer a gift voucher by agreement. 

Gift Voucher Policy

Gift vouchers must be presented for use to pay for treatment or products. All Gift vouchers purchased at Woulfe Skin Specialists & Woulfe Wellness are Non Refundable and valid for 5 years from date of purchase. 

When presenting a digital gift card, you need to present the QR code or the email with the digital gift card and code listed . Note as with all digital gift cards, the purchaser has the opportunity to add the recipient's email address to the transaction for the voucher to go directly to them . On completion of the transaction two emails are generated, one with confirmation of the sales transaction- this acts like a receipt. The second email contains the ECard ( digital gift card) . The second email is the one the recipient requires to present for payment at reception or in our website when purchasing products. Note if you do not receive the receipt or digital card email to check your spam folder. 

Delivery of products and vouchers.

We send your product and voucher orders by registered post to reduce the risk of it getting lost in the post.

• You must provide us with complete and accurate delivery address - Eircode information. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes not only the address that your Order is going to, but also the name of its recipient. We cannot be liable for the delivery of your Order to the wrong address or the wrong person as a result of incomplete or inaccurate information.
• Delivery charges vary according to the value and service selected: Express Post is €10.00 for orders €31–€99 (estimated 1–3 working days); Registered Post (signature required) is €9.50 for orders €100+ (estimated 1–3 working days); where Special/priority delivery is requested, a signature-required service is €9.50 with an estimated 1–2 working days, and next working day delivery is €13.00. Please note that An Post positions Express Post as next working day delivery in Ireland (subject to service conditions), and Registered Post is delivered on signature/verification at the address.

• Working days are classed as Monday to Friday and exclude weekends & public holidays.
• Please note that all delivery dates are estimated and cannot be guaranteed. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates on weekends and Bank Holidays.
• Orders over €30 will require a signature.

Gift Vouchers. 

Our paper gift vouchers can be used at reception to purchase products and pay for treatments. Vouchers are valid for 5 years. The paper vouchers cannot be used to pay for items on the website unfortunately as the website system does not recognise them. Digital gift cards can however be used to pay for purchases on the website. 

Competition Winners Policy.

Competition winners from any of our Social Media pages. Face book, Twitter, Google+ have 2 weeks (14 days) to claim their prize.

Competition prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, gift cards or alternative treatments or products.

None of the above Terms & Conditions will affect your Statutory Consumer Rights.
