Here we are in another lockdown. I think this time, it might be affecting most of us. Fear and anxiety is going on with most of us. Through out this lockdown I practice some meditation technique to ease myself and to be relaxed which I find is really helpful and would like to share it. It is really simple and easy breathing technique.
Â
- Play your favourite peaceful music
- Inhale slowly to a count of 4
- Hold for a count of 4
- Exhale slowly to a count of 4 or more
- Repeat until you feel your heart rates slow down.
Â
You can try this breathing technique before bed as well, it really help me to go sleep quickly. Deep breathing activates a part of our nervous system called vagus nerve, which in turn stimulates a relaxation response throughout our bodies. The simple act of controlled breathing is like flipping a switch that shifts our nervous system from sympathetic, or fight-flight-freeze, state to the parasympathetic, or rest, allowing our mind and body to connect.
Hopefully, this will help you feel relax and wonderful. Looking forward to seeing you all soon.

Keep safe.
