Platelet rich Plasma consists of two elements, plasma or the liquid part of blood and platelets
Whilst platelets are known for clotting blood, they also contain growth factors that can trigger cell reproduction and stimulate tissue regeneration in the area they are applied to.
How does it work:
A sample of blood is taken, as would be done similarly in a doctor’s surgery.
A closed system of collection is used to exclude risks of contamination, and the sample is “spun” to separate the parts of the sample that are the best for skin rejuvenation. This leaves a golden coloured liquid which contains all the necessary ingredients to feed and nourish your skin.

The treatment can combine injection technique and microneedling which means the solution is divided, some areas are injected and the remainder of the sample is micro needled to the face (or
body area to be treated)3 treatments 28 days apart gives the best results when used alone.
